Starting from receiving initial samples via Int'l FedEx (received in 48 hrs. since requested), receiving quotes, templates...lots of back and forth regarding custom graphics but I don't think there's any company who could translate graphics in one go, and their CS team is located in the Philippines which I leveraged to my full advantage (*as I work after US 9-5pm Hours and they're awake)
