1. Provide accurate size, provide accurate on-site size, including width, height, and side thickness (need to be considered in embedded installation)
To measure the width, some decorative metal dividers are embedded installation, so the actual headroom width needs to be measured. It is recommended to select three points in the vertical direction to measure the width. Provide the narrowest position to the factory.
To measure the height, it is recommended to select at least three points in the horizontal direction to provide the shortest height to the factory.
2. Order from factory, provide exact size when place the order from factory. If there is an ultra-high or ultra-wide situation, please be sure to communicate with the factory about the splicing method.
3. Measure the finished product size. After receiving the goods, the finished product measurement is carried out first. See if it matches the on-site size.
4. Install the accessories. Generally, we will provide a U-groove for installation, and it is recommended to use explosive screws to fix it on the ceiling or the ground.
5. Install the decorative metal divider.
6. Glue: Glue in the hidden position. The advantage of doing this is to make the decorative metal divider more tightly after fixing. After the glass glue dries, it will act as a buffer between the screen and the installation accessories to avoid abnormal noise.
7. Finished product protection. Before opening the package, it is recommended to use a protective film to protect the decorative metal divider, and then tear off the protective film for use after all the decoration is completed.
