Design Complexity

Complex designs such as intricate patterns, multiple layers, and 3D elements require more time and flowers, thus resulting in higher costs. The more basic and simple designs will have fewer expenses but may lack visual appeal.

Its important to consider how long the installation will take when estimating the cost of a flower wall. If you need a wall quickly, it may require additional resources and a higher cost. If there is plenty of time for installation, however, you may be able to find ways to save money.
Location of the Installation
The location of the flower wall decor installation is important when determining the cost. The complexity of the setup will depend on where the flower wall is being set up, as well as any special requirements for the location. If the flower wall needs to be set up outdoors, additional preparation may be needed to protect the flowers from weather conditions.
The time it takes to set up and break down the flower wall will also depend on how easy or difficult it is to access the installation site. All these factors will contribute to the overall cost of installing a flower wall.

Hi yall! Today I want to share with you how to make a flower wall hanging! My daughter has been wanting me to make this since she watched the movie Encanto about a year ago! She loved Isabellas room and wanted flowers everywhere. So, I thought this cute flower wall hanging would be a good start!
If you have read any of my other DIY posts you will know that I love saving money and making my own versions of store bought decor, if possible! I didnt want to spend $25 on an artificial floral wall hanging. So, I made a trip to Dollar Tree. Then found a branch in my woods and my total ended up being about $10!
Materials
Tools
The first step is to decide whether you will use a branch or a dowel rod. Then you will need to measure the width of the space you will be hanging it so you know what size branch or rod you will need. (My branch is approximately 43 inches and is hanging over a twin size bed.)
Once you have that figured out you will need to wrap twine or yarn around both ends of the branch for hanging.
*I measured in 7 inches on both ends. I also wrapped the twine around the branch 10x for a fuller look.
*Also, be sure to secure the ends of the twine so it doesnt unravel once you hang it up.
In the second step you will simply need to measure the length of the wall space so you know how long to cut the twine or yarn. (I measured mine at approximately 42 inches)
Then you will need to cut enough twine to cover the width of your branch. I cut 20 pieces but you can add more or less depending on the width of your branch and the look you are going for. If you want a fuller look, like a backdrop, then add more twine in order to add more flowers.
Step 3 is very easy. All you need to do is tie the twine onto the branch. I left an approximate 2 inch gap between each strand. You are welcome to measure if you want it to be exact. But I just eyeballed it then adjusted certain strands once I had them all tied on.
So far details havent been extremely important, but in this step they are! You do not want to start glueing on flowers then run out before filling all of the strands.
I would recommend laying the wall hanging on the floor and spacing out the flowers.
I skipped a strand of twine, then added 4 light pink flowers to a strand, and added 3-4 pink flowers on the next strand. Then I once again again skipped a strand before repeating the pattern all over again.
I had purchased 9 faux flower bouquets which supplied me with 48 flowers once I removed them from the stems.
Once you get the flowers lined up, and are pleased with how it looks, you can start glueing! Simply add a dab of hot glue to the back of the flower, then place it in the twine.
*Repeat this with all of the flowers.
Now, using a Command hook or picture nail, hang your beautiful masterpiece on the wall!
