There are five applications of hard oxidation surface treatment

1. Due to the thin oxide film, it has good flexibility and corrosion resistance, and can be used for aluminum or aluminum alloy that needs to be deformed after oxidation. In addition, it can also play a surface protection role for cast aluminum parts.

2. Since the pH value of the final solution is low and acidic, and the oxide film is thick, it has better denseness and corrosion resistance. At the same time, the dimensions of the parts remain unchanged after oxidation treatment, and it can be used for all kinds of aluminum and aluminum alloy oxidation treatment. However, it should be noted that after each oxidation treatment, the parts must be cleaned with cold water immediately and then injected with 40-50g/L potassium dichromate solution. The temperature required for this process is above 90 degrees Celsius and the time is above 5 minutes and below 10 minutes. After cleaning, it needs to be dried at 70 degrees Celsius.

3. The final obtained oxide film is colorless and transparent with good conductivity, which can be used for some deformed aluminum alloy electrical parts.

4. Its oxide film is very thin, with strong electrical conductivity and corrosion resistance, but the hardness is low and easy to wear. Although it can be spot welded, it cannot be welded. It can be used for some conductive aluminum alloy parts, such as pure aluminum, rust-proof aluminum, cast aluminum, etc. 5.

5. Its oxide film is thin, has good electrical conductivity and corrosion resistance, and its pores are very small, so it is usually used as a protective layer.
