Special notes：

3.Correct checking method when suction of equipment is reduced：

① Check the filter screen for clogging

②Check the suction of the lid suction mouth size (can be analyzed motor problems or filter collection part caused by low suction)

③Check for clogged fittings and hoses

④Check whether the barrel body leak, see the lid joint and (especially the main) under the barrel if the joint leak, check whether the seal tape loose intact. Check if the barrel pulley is loose (figure 1-1) . The upper barrel (filter chamber) can be adjusted downwards (figure 1-2)

 

 

4.Power line selection method: the general choice of 4-core wire, 3 with power (firewire) a ground wire.

Power line of the choice of 1 square can take 2 kw power such as (7.5 kw machine choice of 4 square power line can be, power line can be particularly long thick)

 

5.The reason and solution of static electricity produced by machine and hose

(1)Check the power cord is installed and whether it is firmly connected to the ground and good contact with the ground (must be connected to the switch with the ground wire and connected to the ground wire, so that the ground wire is connected to the ground)

(2)Check the machine itself whether the ground chain is intact, whether contact with the ground (no or can not contact with the ground in time to add or replace the ground chain, so that the ground chain contact with the ground)

(3)Whether or not the work site is an insulating ground, the insulating ground can not make static electricity export (add a discharge static electricity wire, connected to the nearest place can be derived static electricity)

 

6.The reason why the motor does not work during the operation of the machine is as follows:

(1)Check whether the plug power cord is loose, power is normal (can be measured with a multimeter)

(2)Open the electrical box panel and check that the regulator of the motor protector is in place (5.5 kw 15A, 7.5 kw 17A)

(3)Check whether the AC contactor is working properly (press the button on the AC contactor with an insulating object to see if it can be closed properly)

(4)Press the green button of the AC contactor and use the multimeter to measure whether the three phases of the AC contactor are in the electrified state

(5)Check whether the motor is abnormal：

a. Use a multimeter to measure whether any of the motor's three wires is the same as the motor housing

b. To test whether the motor is running by short-circuit method (avoid AC contactor and connect the power cord with the motor wire directly)

c. With a multimeter test motor three-phase current is consistent, there is a phase is out of phase

(6)With thermal overload relay, press the green button to see if the motor is started, do not start the need to replace the thermal overload relay

Three.YB series Operation Instructions:

1.Make sure the supply voltage is the same as that used by the machine. The operating voltage of the machine is shown in the nameplate parameter table

2.Insert the connecting nozzle at one end of the vacuum hose into the vacuum cleaner (pull up the pull pin to insert into the vacuum port)

 

 

3.The rubber end of the vacuum hose is inserted with an S-type vacuum tube

 

 

4.Vacuum grate (pull up the pull pin) inserted into the s-bend

 

 

5.A flat suction nozzle and a round brush can also be inserted into the rubber joint end of the hose (as shown in the picture)

 

 

6.Waterproof plug wiring and installation

①Use the screwdriver to press the metal plate and then turn to open the plug (as shown)

 

 

②Wiring method: L 1, L 2, L 3 connect three fire wires in no particular order, the ground wire mark grounding wire (as shown in figure)

(the ground wire must be linked, do not link will produce static electricity) must check whether the power line ground wire and ground connection!

 

 

③Plug installation: after connecting the wires, the wire fixing cover is screwed tight and the waterproof plug can be connected to the power supply.

The plug must be inserted to the bottom to prevent poor contact

 

7. Turn the phase sequence switch and press the start button

8.Install dust containers

First off the vacuum motor and power, unplug the vacuum hose, lift the pressure rod pull back to take off the dust bucket, after dumping garbage, installation can be used

 

 

Attention！Please pay attention to whether the dust collecting bucket is sealed when it is installed.

9.Cleaning: when the filter clogging suction is reduced, must clean the filter, manual back blowing cleaning mode (as shown in figure) :

 

Manual back blowing: Do not stop the state, the vacuum mouth closed, with the hand-pressure back blowing rod several times you can clean dust (aerodynamic principle)

 

 

10.Working for a long time filter cleaning does not affect the suction, air gun can be used from the inside out blowing (as shown)

 

 

Four.Points to note：

1.Pay attention to the influence of working environment on equipment such as: static electricity, high temperature, vehicles, etc.

2.The power supply, plug and socket shall be used in accordance with state regulations.

3.Beware of electric shock plug when the operator hand must be dry to prevent electric shock。

4.Before using the machine should check whether the dust is suitable for the machine dust, wet dust easily blocked filter dust bag, affect ventilation and filtering effect, not suitable.

Five.Repair & Maintenance:

The power must be cut off while the machine is being maintained.

*Put the brake wheel on when the machine is stationary.

*When not operating the machine, the power must be turned off.

FAN maintenance

1. Fan should be placed in a more stable place, the surrounding environment should be clean, dry, ventilated.

2.Fan impeller rotating wind direction must be in the cover, muffler marked on the direction of the arrow.

3.As the fan in addition to the motor rotor two bearings, other parts do not have direct contact friction, so as long as the regular maintenance of the same as the general motor can add lubricant to the bearing at both ends.

4.The filter screen and silencer at both ends of inlet and outlet should be cleaned timely according to the situation.

5.The external connection of inlet and outlet must be connected by hose.
