In-house inspection process at the Nuocheng glass bottle factory
Many manufacturers of glass bottles and wine bottles will receive a variety of product quality problems from customers after their products leave the factory, causing customers to complain and causing losses to both sides. Blame the reason: mainly in the production process, quality control is not properly caused.

1. Mould Inspection
Nuocheng factory produce moulds strictly according to the drawings and sample bottles provided by customers. For the key dimensions of the moulds that will affect the forming, Nuocheng factory shall communicate and consult with the customers when the moulds are opened to reach a consensus on the modification of the key dimensions. All the moulds in the factory must be the mouth of the mould, the initial mould, the mould into the matching, according to the drawings or the customer's requirements for inspection.
2, The first piece of inspection
(1). Before entering the annealing line after the mould is on the machine, the first 10-30 products are produced, and each mould draws 2-3 products for size specification inspection, and the main points of inspection are whether there is any damage to the appearance; the size of the bottle body; the inner and outer diameter of the bottle mouth; whether the engraved logo at the bottom of the bottle is correct and clear; and whether the bottle body is correctly patterned with the logo.

And make internal pressure, internal stress, acid and alkali resistance test.
3, Sampling inspection during production
(1). Without changing the moulds, every 2 hours, draw 2 for each mould for capacity and material weight inspection, and inspect the inner and outer diameters of the mouths to prevent leakage due to the mouth moulds being easily stained with oil and dirt in use, resulting in the lid not being tightly fitted.
(2), the production process may be due to the reason of the mould, change to a new mould, therefore, after changing the mould, the moulding workshop must immediately notify the quality inspection workshop, the quality inspection workshop must do a good job on the first piece of the bottle made with the new mould inspection and process inspection, to prevent the quality problems caused by the change of the mould, the quality inspection is not aware of the omission of the inspection.
