Rollier PKR grizzly feeders are strong vibrating feeders suitable to feed primary or secondary crushers. They are also used to clean large volume scrap. They are manufactured as grizzly feeders (to be installed in a primary quarry hopper) or as grizzly without feeding tray, to be placed downstream of a conveyor belt or feeder. They can be designed with or without steps bars with second screening bridge (to separate the sterile) or without screening, as a primary feeder without bars.
The Rollier PKR grizzly feeders are of a heavy duty design, with a reliable suspension system based in strong springs or rubber blocks. The Rollier PKR grizzly feeders are animated by two powerful vibrator motors, that do not require maintenance. The whole box is lined with anti-wear plates inside. The screening combs or round screening bars are also manufactured of anti-wear steel.
These feeders-screens are designed to separate the product as a whole in two or three fractions. In quarries they are used to eliminate waste product and send large size pieces to the crusher. They comprise an extra robust tray with ribbed sides, operated by motor vibrators or a counter-weighted vibrating mechanism. They have combs or wear resistant steel bars, which are removable for easy replacement. These combs can be arranged in a stepped fashion, which helps to shake off the clay from the stone. The pre-screens may be mounted on springs or rubber shock-absorbers, which are designed to reduce the effects of the impacts that are normal with this application.
